My Story
For years, I poured everything I had into caring for others, as a nurse, a mother, a wife, a friend. I was the strong one, the dependable one, the one who made sure everyone else was okay. But somewhere along the way, I stopped noticing that I wasn’t okay.
I remember waking up one morning feeling drained and empty as midlife burnout coupled with my perimenopausal symptoms waged war on my mind and my body. I was exhausted, my spirit was weary, and my sense of purpose had quietly faded under the weight of constant doing and depletion.
Burnout didn’t arrive all at once, it crept in slowly, disguised as productivity, responsibility, and self-sacrifice. But when I finally paused long enough to listen, I realized that what I truly needed wasn’t to do more… it was to push pause and come back to myself.
So I began the work, the quiet, intentional kind that replenished my body, mind and spirit. I re-learned how to rest without guilt, how to say no to the things that didn’t align with my values without apology. I learned how to set goals that honored my energy rather than drained it. I discovered that healing wasn’t about who I used to be, it was about becoming who I was always meant to be. In doing so, I discovered that not only did I have more for myself, but I had more to give to others.
That journey through burnout, rediscovery, and renewal, led me to my purpose as a women’s midlife burnout coach. Today, I help other women find what I found: balance that feels authentic and peaceful, goals that feel aligned, and a life that finally feels like theirs.
Because renewal doesn’t come from running faster, it comes from remembering who you are, and allowing that woman to rise again.

My Mission
My mission is to help women in midlife overcome burnout, rediscover their purpose, and create lives filled with balance, energy, and fulfilment. Through compassionate, personalized coaching, I guide women to release overwhelm, reconnect with who they are, and step confidently into the next chapter of their lives with clarity and intention.
My Vision
My vision is a world where women no longer live in survival mode, but in alignment by honoring their well-being, embracing their purpose, and leading lives rooted in peace, fulfillment, authentic joy, and in a state of overall wellness.
